Productive and flexible The AD215L is productive with a scan rate of up to 20 pages per minute and 40 pages per minute via the integrated 20-page automatic document feeder, and can accommodate documents up to 14 inches (35cm). To capture high quality card images, the AD215L also has a dedicated front tray for plastic ID cards, driving licences and... even embossed cards up to 1.25mm or paper up to the allowable size of 8.5 x 14 inches (21.6 x 35.6cm) and weighing between 27 and 120 g / m2. For flexibility in your workspace, you can either load your single-sided document or cards in the front tray or they can be ejected either on the same side or on the opposite side of the paper tray. Scan at the touch of a button With Avision's newly developed Button Manager V2 software, the AD215L scans both sides of a page directly to PDF, searchable PDF, JPEG or Office applications such as Word or Excel® at the touch of a button. The AD215L automatically detects the size of each document, recognises and aligns skew and displays images in their correct orientation. Plus, the scanned image can be sent directly to your specified destination, including email, printer, image editing software or even a cloud server such as Google Drive or Microsoft SharePoint. Software<(>&<)>drivers The Avision AD215L comes with TWAIN and ISIS drivers and is equipped with a range of powerful software applications including Avision Button Manager V2, AVScan X and Nuance PaperPort SE 14. Button Manager V2 allows you to create searchable PDFs, scan and send images to email, printers or other destinations with a simple press of the scan button. AVScan X and PaperPort are highly effective image processing and document management software that help you do your job more efficiently.
