TP-LINK MC210CS MEDIA CONVERTER 1000Base-LX/LH /1000Base-T

The MC210CS is a media converter designed to convert 1000BASE-LX/LH fibre media to 1000Base-T copper media or vice versa. The MC210CS is designed in accordance with the 1000Base-T standard (IEEE802.3ab) and the 1000Base-LX/LH standard (IEEE802.3z) and is intended for use with single-mode fibre cable and the SC connector. The MC210CS supports the long wavelength (LX) laser specification at a forwarding... rate equivalent to full bandwidth. It operates at 1310nm for both transmitting and receiving data. Other features of the module include: the ability to be used as a stand- alone unit (no enclosure is required) or with TP-LINK's 19-inch system chassis, Auto-MDI/MDIX for the transmit port and status LED on the front panel. The MC210CS transmits in Fibre Optic Long Distance mode using the single-mode fibre optic cable over a distance of up to 15 km.
